Client Information

1. Consent and Privacy

The client confirms that they are over 18 and legally capable of entering into this agreement. All photographs taken during this session are strictly confidential and will not be used, published, or shared in any form without the client's prior written authorization.

2. Image Usage Permissions (Optional)

The client may optionally grant the photographer the right to use selected images for promotional or artistic purposes. Please select each authorized use below.

3. Privacy Level of Published Images

If any usage permission is selected, choose the desired privacy level.

4. Revocation of Consent

The client retains the right to revoke usage consent at any time in writing. The photographer will cease any further use of the images within 15 business days of receiving the revocation. Previously published materials cannot be withdrawn retroactively.

5. Liability and Conduct

The client agrees to participate voluntarily in the session and understands that all posing, styling, and interaction are collaborative and non-coercive. The photographer is not liable for incidental injury, allergic reactions, or lost items during the session.

6. Jurisdiction

This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
